Here are the actual sims! They’ve been tweaked several times, but I doubt I’ll ever be 100% happy with them .Again, tried to combine a realistic look with the actual faces of the dolls in the series, and I think I did okay with that aspect. I may also do Deandra and the Van Burens…

People were asking for my MPGiS stuff a while back, so here it is :) First up, the cheerleaders’ uniforms. I tried to keep a combination of the funny home-made look from the webseries and a genuine more “professional” look, so I hope I succeeded!

If you are of Asian descent, fascinated by Asian cultures or just in search for something different for your game, this mod is for you!
The Asian Names Mod is an override, and will replace the default name lists in your game. This means townies, NPCs and sims created through Story Progression will have Asian names, like the ones in the examples. I should clarify, the names are East Asian - predominantly Japanese with some Korean thrown in for good measure. This mod doesn’t give existing sims new names (including any existing NPCs or townies, so I’d suggest using it in a new save), and you’ll still be able to give any name you want to sims that you create in CAS (though, it does replace the names in the CAS random name generator). This means you can put the mod in your game when you’re playing an Asian themed town, and take it out when you want to go back to your normal towns.
Credit goes to the incredible Remix on MTS for finding and compiling the majority of the names used in this mod! It should work with all languages, all versions/expansions, and is compatible with all core mods (though it conflicts with any other name-changing mod including my Berry Sweet Names mod and my Mythological Names mod). Simply place in your \Mods\Packages folder like you would with any mod and enjoy!

The backgrounds for the Blog App on the new Smartphone from University Life weren’t too bad, but I wanted something a little closer to home, so here we are!
The ‘Real Backgrounds for the Blog App’ mod is an image override, and will replace the blog screen backgrounds for each blog type - Personal, Review and News - with real social network site app screens, namely Twitter, Facebook and Tumblr. The blogs will still be called “blogs” and won’t behave any differently. The only change is the backgrounds.
The .zip file contains 4 flavours for the mod: one that changes the backgrounds for all 3 blog types to Twitter, one that changes the backgrounds for all 3 blog types to Tumblr, one that changes the backgrounds for all 3 blog types to Facebook, and a mixed version which changes the Personal blog background to Facebook, the Review blog to Tumblr and the News blog to Twitter.
You may only have one “flavour” of this mod in your game at any one time. The mod was built with 1.50 and requires the University Life EP. It shouldn’t conflict with anything, and should work for games in all languages :)
Simply unzip and place in your \Mods\Packages folder like you would with any mod and enjoy!

Want to see names in your game that sound like they’ve popped straight out of a mythology book or fantasy film? Do Achilles Maximus, Freyr Lovegood, Nyx Regas and Cybele Vasilou (all real examples generated in game) take your fancy? Look no further!
The Mythological names mod is an override, and will replace the default name lists in your game. This means townies, NPCs and sims created through Story Progression will have fantastical, unusual names, like the ones in the examples. The first names come from the myths and legends of many cultures, including Roman, Greek and Indian. The surnames are of Old English, Greek, Medieval Germanic and Ancient Roman origins.
As you can see from the picture, the name combinations don’t always come out perfect, but there are plenty of good ones in there! This mod doesn’t give existing sims new names, and you’ll still be able to give any name you want to sims that you create in CAS (though, it does replace the names in the CAS random name generator). [UNIVERSITY LIFE] “JUICE” TO ALCOHOL MOD! v.2
Update: Please re-download! I made a rookie error with the first package, but this one should be working 100% smoothly. The original file caused problems with most of the game’s strings, errors with community lots etc. This one fixes all of that :) So yeah, if you’ve downloaded, download again, and if you’ve reblogged you should probably re-reblog or edit your original reblog or whatever so you’re not promoting the wrong link! And if there are any other errors (I’m now almost 100% sure there shouldn’t be), again be sure to let me know. Special thanks to simposium for alerting to me to the issue :)

If, like me, you’re getting sick of seeing your student sims drinking juice instead of beer, you’ll like this :)
This mod edits the game strings and replaces the term ‘juice’ with ‘alcohol’ or ‘beer’, or just gets rid of the term altogether, depending on the context. Meaning your sims can now drink beer, throw regular keggers and play beer pong like normal people! It also changes the moodlet names so sims will get either Buzzed, Tipsy or Drunk from drinking said beer. The pictures just show a couple of examples of the changes.
Unfortunately I know nothing about proper scripting, object modding etc, so this mod won’t make your sims act differently. It just changes the wording in the game. If we’re lucky, ani will update the alcohol mod to include the UL objects soon :) It also only changes the UL strings, not those relating to juice bars and LN stuff, simply because I’m lazy and there is probably (hopefully) already a mod out there for that.

I wanted to create this mod as soon as Generations came out, but back then I didn’t have the modding knowledge. But now I do, I just had to get it done!
I’m sure 90% of us will agree that if we came across a real school called The School of Peace and Love, we’d steer well clear of it for our (current or future) children, and if we saw one called Dribbledine, we’d probably just laugh. It always irked me that the boarding school names were so silly, and pretty much put me off even using them.
These new names are, in my opinion, far more realistic. The schools are now called Eaton Manor Prep School (in place of Smuggsworth Prep School), Culver Ridge Military School (in place of Fort Starch Military School), Bosch School of Art and Design (in place of LeFromage Art School), Beckham Sports Academy (in place of Dribbledine Sports Academy) and King School of Peace Studies (in place of School of Peace and Love). Bosch was chosen for Hieronymus Bosch, the famous painter; Beckham was chosen for David Beckham, the famous footballer; King was chosen for Martin Luther King Jr, the famous activist; Eaton Manor and Culver Ridge were just names that sounded fitting to me.
This is an STBL override mod which only changes the names of the boarding schools, and any other text relating to those names, from the DeltaBuild0.package. It doesn’t affect any aspects of or behaviours relating to the boarding schools. It is compatible with my STBL override mods (Berry Names, Mythological Names & Juice to Alcohol) and should be compatible with any other STBL mod that doesn’t affect the boarding school strings. There are no known conflicts at this time. This mod was only built to support the English language version of the game, sorry! Simple place in your \Mods\Packages folder and enjoy!
